Who is Richard Zeeman from The Killing Dance and what is their importance?

Richard is a powerful werewolf. The is the pack's Fenrir, or challenger. He plans to challenge the current Ulfric at the next lupanar. Richard is also a middle-school teacher, though he hides his identity as a werewolf because parents don't particularly like monsters teaching their children. Richard is described as a tall, muscular, young man with long, blonde hair. He believes in the sanctity of life and is unwilling to give up his humanity. Richard is angered at that Anita's ability to kill so easily, but he loves her and wants to marry her. He and Jean-Claude often fight.
