What sounds does Granny hear after Dr. Harry leaves in the story, The Jilting of Granny Weatherall?

After Dr. Harry leaves, Granny listens to what she thinks are leaves rustling outside the window. Then she believes that the sounds she hears are the sounds of swishing newspapers. She changes her mind and finally decides that the sounds are Cornelia and Dr. Harry whispering.
