Describe the actions of the group once the ship drops anchor in Egypt. Who ends up on the ship with them?

Now that the planned portion of the journey has ended, the travelers are at their leisure to do as they wish, and they enjoy having time to wander around Egypt as they see fit. They find a hotel and drop in on an ice cream shop. They also end up taking in a sad group of colonists simply seeking escape from Jaffa. They are loaded on the ship, and one of the excursionists posts money for all of the escaping colonists to be taken to Maine.
