Who is Patricia?

Patricia Louise Isabelle Elizabeth Borchmann is a brilliant, sharp, sarcastic, pretty, and thin young woman of 18 bound to a wheelchair due to an auto accident that also killed her mother years before. As a result, she confines herself mainly to reading in a large, lonely library. Wanting to know she can make a difference in the world, she urges her father to contact old family friend K2 so she can offer help on the unfolding investigation. Patricia is thrilled to be a part of the investigation, and uses reason and logic to help K2 sort through and solve the case. She is present during the final confrontation with Andreas, and is nearly killed. Feeling helpless, she says she does not belong in the real world, but knows she can help K2 with future cases.
