Who is Chief Andersson?

Norwegian-born Police Chief Hans Andersson is the long-serving police chief in Salen, Sweden, just a few miles from the border with Norway. He and his fellow officers and family provided the first stop for refugees as they crossed the border into freedom in Sweden. Andersson meets with K2 later in the novel, providing important evidence about Sara, Oleson, and Deerfoot.
