Who is Andreas?

Andreas Gullestad (originally Ivar Storskog) is a resident of 25 Krebs’ Street. He is formerly known as “Deerfoot”, and worked with Olesen and the Resistance during the war as a teenager, helping refugees to escape. Andreas lost his father, who also worked with the Resistance, to the Nazis. During the refugee mission with Sara and her parents, Andreas witnessed Olesen inadvertently kill Sara’s father, after which time Andreas killed Sara’s mother to stop her from going after Olesen. Andreas then went on to save baby Sara. But the incident has haunted him all his life. He used the auto accident he was involved in to change his name Upon learning that Olesen planned to go public with the truth for Sara’s sake, he killed Olesen to protect his own role. Olesen avoids suspicion by pretending to be wheelchair-bound, and by hiding the murder weapon in his wheelchair cushion. He goes on to kill Konrad as a scapegoat, and upon being found out and arrested, Andreas commits suicide by poison pill.
