How is Toot-Toot persuaded to give his cigar box to Delacroix for six cents?

Toot-Toot believes that the cigar box is worth much more than six cents. So Brutal convinces Toot-Toot that six cents is just a rental fee and that Toot-Toot will get the box back after Delacroix is executed. So Toot-Toot gives Delacroix the box.
