Summarize the epilogue.

The epilogue introduces the three main characters. Billy Brown's parents are happy Billy is going to study to become an architect because his father sees it as a stepping stone to expanding his building business. In contrast, Dion's father only agrees to send his son to college when Dion tells him Billy, his rival's son, will be attending. The scene ends with the beautiful Margaret telling Billy she loves Dion and not him. Despite his loss, Billy promises to always stay Dion's friend.
