Describe Jack Tar in The Graveyard Book.

Jack Tar is a member of the Jack of All Trades. He and the other men come to London to kill Bod when it appears that Jack Frost will fail. When Jack Tar and the others arrive at the cemetery, Bod is able to use all he has learned about haunting and the supernatural world to kill or otherwise stop them.
