What questions does Alice ask Pastor McIntosh in Chapter 13 that he cannot answer?

Pastor McIntosh comes to tell Alice that she needs to go back to Bennett. Alice asks him what God has to say about smashing your daughter-in-law's head repeatedly into a table because she gave away two old toys to motherless girls. She also asks him what verse he has for a woman whose sight is still blurry in one eye because her father-in-law smacked her in the face. Then she asks him what the Bible verse is for when a man tries to give you $50 to make you do what he wants you to do. Pastor McIntosh has no answers for those questions.
