As Daisy is leaving Cambridge, she nears Guestingley Road. A lady driving a cart is pulling out of Turner's farm. This brings back memories of the biking accident to Daisy. The lady gives Daisy a ride to Chesterton Road. Daisy misses the bus to London and somehow finds her way back in Cambridge.
