Wogan, an American spy, is in her thirties. She has black hair and blue eyes, and looks very like Diana Villiers. Wogan is set up by Maturin and arrested before being condemned to Desolation Island as a prisoner. She escapes and goes onto live under the protection of Harry Johnson.
