What does Ven tell the king about the underwater world?

Ven tells the king the tales of Amariel and her underwater world. He describes, in her words, the land of the underwater sea where her father once took her. It is a sour place, both the beginning and the end of the world, and it felt like death and murder. He describes it in perfect detail, and ends by noting that there are some places in the world that are dark due to absence of light, and some that are dark because of evil.
