What does Captain Oliver tell Ven about the Floating Island?

On the way over, Oliver explains that the Floating Island is an ancient ship, of sorts, and is home to the wind. He further explains that the island was the first land mass on the earth, and it floats on the surface of the water, delicately balanced.
