The First Phone Call from Heaven

The First Phone Call from Heaven is novel written by Mitch Albion. As news spreads, people start coming to Coldwater from all over the United States, hoping that they too can hear the voice of their loved ones.

As time goes by, a disgraced pilot named Sully Harding returns to Coldwater after being released from prison. When he arrives, Coldwater is in the midst of what is defined as "miracle fever." Phone calls are a constant and proof of an afterlife begins to surface, transforming both the town and the world. Sully, however, is convinced that there is nothing beyond our lives on earth and seeks to disprove the phenomenon.
