What is Tirimo?

Tirimo is the village in which Essun has lived in hiding for ten years. Scouts realize there is an orogene living in the village. The orogene is the only life that survives the shake that was centered in Yumenes with no devastation. Essun leaves this village when her husband realizes their three-year-old son is an orogene and kills him.
