What takes place during the movie in Chapter 2? How does Hazel get home after the film?

During the movie, Hazel puts her hand on the couch to let Augustus know it is okay to hold it, but he doesn't. His parents serve them the enchiladas while they watch the movie. Hazel drives Augustus's car home while he rides in the passenger seat.
