What irony can be seen in the relationship between Isaac, Hazel, and Augustus in Chapter 14?

Hazel thinks of herself as the least sick person in the room when she is with Isaac and Gus. This is ironic because Hazel is probably going to die too, but Gus will likely die sooner. Isaac doesn't have cancer anymore, but he is blind from the surgical procedures to remove the cancer from him.
