What internal conflict causes Hazel to call her friend Kaitlyn in Chapter 6?

Hazel starts to think about how she didn't really want Augustus to kiss her when they were in the park. She wonders though what he was trying to convey when Augustus held Hazel's face in his hands. Hazel calls Kaitlyn for advice.
