What does Hazel encounter when she enters the support group meeting area in Chapter 20?

When Hazel arrives, only Gus is there in his wheelchair. Isaac shuffles behind a lectern. Gus says he wants to attend his funeral and asks Hazel to speak at his funeral. Isaac starts his eulogy. Gus provides Isaac with feedback on his eulogy, which causes Isaac to cry.
