What does Hazel encounter when she arrives at Augustus’s house in Chapter 4?

When Hazel arrives, Isaac is still sobbing while playing a video game. Augustus tells Hazel and Isaac and Monica broke up but that Isaac doesn't want to talk about it. Eventually, Isaac talks to Hazel and says Monica didn't want to dump Isaac after he goes blind and that she can't handle the situation anymore.
