What does Augustus reveal to Hazel about the state of his health in Chapter 13?

In Hazel's room, she sits on the bed and Augustus sits in the chair. He puts one of his signature unlit cigarettes in his mouth. He tells Hazel that right before she went into the ICU, he had a scan. He says he lit up everywhere, meaning his cancer has spread.
