What do Hazel and her parents do in the beginning of Chapter 10?

Hazel’s mom wakes Hazel up early even though their flight doesn't leave until noon. They eat breakfast with Hazel's dad. When her dad says goodbye, he cries, which is typical for Hazel's dad. Hazel thinks that her dad probably doesn't think he'll see her again.
