What does Sofia tell herself after Julia is born?

When Sofia sees her family after Julia is born, she tells herself she can be a mother. In the weeks ahead she will surround herself with the people who make her feel like herself. She will learn how to care for Julia. She tells herself that "Motherhood can be the adventure" (202) and something she loves.
