What does Paul consider about children when speaking with the psychologist in Chapter 31?

Paul considers whether or not Michel might be affected by the hereditary disorder Paul has. Paul also, for the first time in some time, begins to consider the possibility of having a second child and wonders how much of a risk it could be.
