Harry Goldberg is 16 and he lives with his Grandparents. They don't approve of Harry's interest in Anne because of Anne's age. Harry has a girlfriend named Fanny (who Anne says is 'dull') (negative). Harry offers to walk Anne home so that she won't have to walk by herself (positive). Later that week Harry comes to take Anne out for a walk and he returns her 10 minutes late (negative).
