The antagonist depends on how you view the story. T (Trevor) starts out as the antagonist but then the antagonist changes. I might suggest main stream society as an antagonist to the boys. T's destruction of Old Misery's house (T could be seen as an antagonist to Old Misery) is a piece of art meant to question the status quo of society.
