How does Greg get accused of starting the snack shack attack?

When most of the boys had been caught by the camp director, the leader of the group, to get out of trouble, says that Jimmy Dogfish (Greg) is to blame. Greg is the newest to the group, therefore it is easy to place the blame on him.
