Who is Haydee from The Count of Monte Cristo and what is their importance?

Haydee is Ali Pasha's daughter. She is sold into slavery after her father's murder, and later, purchased by the Count of Monte Cristo. Haydee testifies against Morcef when she learns of his involvement in her father's death. In the end, she and Edmund leave together to start a new life.
