Who is Rollie Wedge from The Chamber and what is their importance?

An active member of the KKK, Rollie was responsible for planting and setting the timing device for the Kramer bombing. After the bombing, Rollie went underground, and subsequently changed his name. Rollie was guilty of the bombing, as well as being the murderer of key witnesses in the case.
