Who is Zara?

Zara is the butterfly whom Avery hurt so badly that she had to be killed. It was Zara’s death that Desmond was called by his father to help with. Desmond had thought that his father was going to get Zara medical help. He did not realize he was going kill Zara and preserve her the way that he did.
