Wh is Bogdan?

Bogdan is a handyman at Coopers Chase. He is Stephen’s friend and Donna’s boyfriend. Elizabeth often calls on Bogdan when she needs help. For instance, she calls Bogdan to pick up her and Stephen after they are released by their kidnapper. Elizabeth also calls upon Bogdan to help with her plan to trap Andrew and make him confess.
