Who dies in Part Two, Chapter Fourteen, and how does he or she meet their demise?

In Part Two, Chapter Fourteen Anwar dies. Continuing to deteriorate personally and in all of his relationships, Anwar attacks Changez in the street with a stick one day. Changez hits back, and Anwar has a heart attack. Changez is initially arrested for assault, but is later released when the heart attack is confirmed as the cause of death.
