Comment on point of view.

The Boundless is written with a third person omniscient point of view. This allows the author to explore the world through the eyes of different characters. For the most part, this lets the audience to either see things through Will’s eyes, or Brogan. Every so often, readers get to see the thoughts of other characters such as Maren or Mr. Dorian. This type of style works well for the book, since it keeps Brogan involved in the plot without outright having him appear besides the rest of the protagonists. Brogan’s motivations are also explored in this part, making it clear that he’s not just interested in getting wealth, but also that he feels entitled to the gold because he feels he was exploited by Van Horne.
