How does Rudy perform at the summer Hitler Youth carnival?

At the Hitler Youth carnival, Rudy signs himself up for four different foot races. He wins the first three easily, but begins to tire. He sees his old organization leader and is terrified of losing in front of him, so he purposefully gets himself disqualified from the fourth race. He quickly leaves, satisfied with having won three races.
