Who is Amelia of Cleves from The Boleyn Inheritance?

Amelia of Cleves, also painted by Holbein, was rejected by King Henry VIII as a potential wife. She was very cruel to her sister Anne, as well of one of the reasons Anne had no interest in returning home.
