Who is Adrian Drumbell from The Blue Girl and what is their importance?

Adrian is the ghost-boy of the story. He has been haunting Redding High School since his unfortunate death at the hands of the fairies Tommery, Oshtin and Quinty. Adrian was always considered a loser, a nerd and a geek at high school, and he was routinely bullied every day of his educational life.
