Blood of Olympus is narrated in the first person, keeping in tradition with all of the previous novels. However, interestingly enough, the first person account that the series started with (Percy Jackson) is not whose voice ends the series. In fact, there are 5 different first person accounts of the same event as it unfolds. This allows the reader to fully engage in what is happening, as if it is a omniscient viewpoint.
