Who is Collins Tuohy from The Blind Side and what is their importance?

Collins Tuohy is Sean and Leigh Anne's daughter. She and Michael both attend Briarcrest Christian School and go on to attend the University of Mississippi. While at Old Miss, Collins competes in athletics, performs on the cheerleading squad, and becomes a member of a sorority.
