How does McCann react when Stanley says he's not the kind of man to cause trouble in Act 2, Part 1?

When Stanley tells McCann that he isn't the kind of man to cause trouble in Act 2, Part 1, McCann offers no response but instead lets Stanley's nerves get worse, and then says Stanley is depressed for a man on his birthday.
