Most of the story is third person omniscient in which the reader can see everything that is going on, not just the events from one character's point of view. In an action, suspense story like this one where many different events are happening with many characters in many locations, the third person point of view allows the author to change scenes and places quickly and easily.

The Big Bad Wolf is a relatively quick and easy read. The story is driven by the characters and plot The language chosen by the author reflects a fast-moving, suspenseful, crime drama. The story includes a great deal of dialogue and short, focused descriptions. Characterizations are only as deep as they need to be to move the plot along. The author keeps the language light and to the point by not including much foreshadowing, deep themes or much symbolism. The language is easy and conversational without including many detailed descriptions.
