How does the author use foreshadowing in The America Play, and Other Works?

In Section Two, Imperceptible Mutabilities in the Third Kingdom, KinSeer's comment about "blowing kisses" directly foreshadows events in the following section, in which a character refers to blowing kisses to his children across a vast gulf of time and space.
