Who is Jack Bein?

Jack Bein is Jeff Megall's personal assistant. Jack is absurdly verbose, rambling on about Jeff's accomplishments and frequently revealing information he is not supposed to. He checks in on Nick Naylor every hour or so to make sure he is doing okay.
