What issue does Nick have with with Sven Gland's ad campaign in Chapter 7?

In Chapter 7, Nick looks over the ads for the Academy's anti-underage-smoking campaign. He immediately calls Sven Gland at the ad agency and tell him the ads look great. That, he says, is the problem, and he convinces Sven to make the ads duller and less effective.
