What bet do Polly and Bobby Jay make at Bert's in Chapter 7?

When Nick tells Bobby Jay about his interview with Heather Holloway, Bobby Jay is amused. She did an interview on his boss at SAFETY that was fiercely critical. He warns Nick not to be taken in by her cute looks and give her privileged information. Polly and Bobby Jay then proceed to bet each other on whether Nick will be taken in.
