Describe Nick's arrest in Chapter 24?

In Chapter 24, Nick is at Bert's with Polly and Bobby Jay, stewing about an unflattering article from heather. He takes a call from Gazelle, who says the FBI is on its way to him. They arrive with officers in tow and handcuff Nick. Bobby Jay starts arguing with them and they find a handgun on him. Both Bobby Jay and Nick are taken to county jail.
