How does Lady Macbeth convince Macbeth to kill Duncan?

Lady Macbeth is an evil and ambitious woman, and she urges Macbeth to murder the king and so fulfill the prophecy. Her husband is conflicted and hesitant to kill a kinsman and stain his reputation. His wife calls him a coward, and he is persuaded to do the evil deed.
