How does Helena trick Bertram out of his ring in All's Well That Ends Well?

Helena lets Bertram be informed of her death. Then she disguises herself as Diana. She is totally enchanting during the meeting she has with Bertram and he, thinking his wife is dead, proposes marriage. Helena asks for the ring from his finger and gives him the ring the king had given her.
