Tender's employers are two very wealthy businesspeople. To make sure that Tender knows what to do, they have scheduled every minute of his life in a daily planner. Every day, they call him on a speaker phone and yell at him. They also depend on him to teach them how to eat certain meals at very fancy dinners. While Tender's employers talk to him every day, they have never met him.
