Who is Tenders from Survivor and what is their importance?

Tenders are all the younger born boys of Creedish families. As children, they are trained in Church doctrine. At the age of seventeen, they are baptized and sent out into the real world to work. All of the money they make is sent to the Creedish Church. They are not allowed to have sex.
